65th Annual Convention & Suppliers’ Showcase

Plan now to attend the 65th Annual Convention & Suppliers’ Showcase on July 28-31, 2021 at the new Kalahari Resort in Round Rock, Texas.  This is a ‘must attend’ event for food safety and meat industry professionals of all managerial levels.  The convention will feature two general sessions with speakers presenting on hot topics affecting the meat and poultry industry, networking sessions, Suppliers’ Showcase, and other events benefitting the SMA Scholarship Foundation.

Late fees: All registrations received after 5PM, Wednesday, July 21, 2021 will incur a $50 late fee. Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations received by July 21st; late cancellations will receive 50% refund.  No refunds will be given after July 28th.

Be sure to ask for the Southwest Meat Association room block to receive the special rate of $239 per night, plus taxes and fees. Please make your reservations early, as the room block fills quickly and availability is limited. Deadline to book hotel rooms is Tuesday, July 6th.
