Hotel Reservations

Reservations should be made directly with the Sheraton Arlington here by calling 817-261-8200. Ask for the Southwest Meat Association room block to receive the special room rate of $149 per night, plus taxes and fees. Check-in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 12:00pm. Attire

Attire is business casual.

On Site Registration Hours*

  • Tuesday 12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.

*Late registrations will be available on site and incur a $50 late fee

Cancellations

Requests received by 2/4/22 will be fully refunded. Requests received on 2/5/22 or later will be refunded 50% of registration fee. Refunds will not be issued after 2/11/22.
